When MEDDPICC was introduced for upmarket reps, existing team members received training at a live summit, but new hires lacked access to consistent methodology training during onboarding.

I developed this Rise course on Metrics & Identifying Pain (M & I) as part of a series of MEDDPICC modules embedded into the onboarding program, ensuring new upmarket reps ramp with a strong, consistent foundation in the methodology.
