Featured Program: UCaaS Demo Certification Program

A multi-content certification program rolled out to sales reps to standardize UCaaS demo delivery. The program combined eLearning modules, rubrics, and live assessments to improve consistency, shift demos from SEs to AEs, and strengthen messaging across the sales team.
